Having trouble launching the game? Check out the troubleshooting below!
When I try to launch the game on my PC, it displays the ‘Windows Protected your PC’ screen.
This is a common problem caused by Windows blocking your installation because the application comes from an unknown source. To bypass this, simply click on the “More info” button and then click “Run Anyway”, as demonstrated on the screen on the side:
When I try to launch the game on my Android, it display a message saying ‘There was a problem parsing the package’.
This usually happens when your device does not have enough space to install the game. Note that, since the game uses a lot of video content, it’s size is quite big. Ensure you have at least 4 GB of empty space after downloading the installer. Navigate to your Settings then to Storage and check out whether or not your device has more than 4 GB of free space. It the screen look more or less like the one shown to the side. If the problem still persists, you Android version might be too old to run the app.
